Leadership in Practice
My leadership is grounded in project ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and clear communication. While working remotely from the UK, I managed a global customer-relations team based in Kenya, developing systems for client onboarding, project management, and tracking and led complex creative projects from vision to execution.I led collaboration across freelance creatives and internal teams in Kenya and the UK, while supporting international clients in the US, Australia, and Europe, driving creative alignment, guiding innovation, and maintaining momentum across time zones and cultures.
Drawing on extensive leadership and coaching experience from education alongside five years in the fashion industry, I apply a values-driven style that empowers others and creates space for innovation.
